Who we are

Peak Modular Pty Ltd (ABN 83 683 891 714) builds modular homes in Busselton, Western Australia. This policy explains how we handle your personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you enquire, book a visit or become a client, we collect what you choose to give us: your name, phone number and email; where your block is and whether you own it; what you're planning, your budget range, timing and how you plan to pay; and anything else you tell us. Our website also records which page you sent your enquiry from, the package you chose and, if you arrived from an ad, which ad.

Cookies and advertising

Our website uses the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta (Facebook and Instagram). It tells us which pages are visited and when an enquiry is sent, so we can measure our ads and show them to people likely to be interested. Meta may use cookies and receive information such as your browser details and the pages you view. Your form answers are not sent to Meta. You can control ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings, or block cookies in your browser.

How we collect it

Through the forms on this website, by email, through our booking calendar, and when we talk with you in person or by phone.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, recommend a home, prepare quotes, arrange visits, build and deliver your home, and look after you afterwards. We may also send a few follow-up emails about your enquiry. You can ask us to stop at any time and we will.

Who we share it with

Only the people who help us do the job: our team; the services that run our website form, email and booking calendar; Meta, for the website activity described above; and, with your agreement, the builders, transport and crane operators, certifiers and trades working on your project. We share information when the law requires it. We never sell your information.

Overseas storage

Some of the services we use, such as our email, website form, booking calendar and advertising providers, may store information on servers outside Australia, including in the United States.

Keeping it safe

We keep your information in secure, password-protected systems, limit access to the people who need it, and delete or de-identify it when we no longer need it.

Seeing or correcting your information

You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, at any time. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
